Changeover complete
This is now an ExpressionEngine-powered blog! I must say, that was one of the easiest updates I’ve ever done. Thanks to Rick and all the folks at pMachine for making this great new publishing tool!
Now that I’ve got a new system, it’s time for me to work on fleshing it out, so that’s what I’m off to do now. Be back soon…

Okay, done! Well, done for right now, anyway. I’m sure I’ll be making a lot of changes over the next few days. One of the changes that I will make right now is that I will trash the registration requirement for people who want to post comments. Because ExpressionEngine has anti-spam features built in, it probably isn’t necessary (and, besides, after I started requiring people to register, the number of comments I received for each post went way, way down, which I guess suggests that the policy was really unpopular). Comment away, folks! Spammers, let’s see what you’ve got.
Those of you who have been subscribing to my RSS feed will want to update your subscription to one of the three options listed in the column on the right. The old feed will no longer be updated.

Wow, what an early adopter. I will be tearing into expression engine soon, and probably start trying to write some extensions to make it the tool for me to base a lot of client work on.
The drop-in PHP plug-in architecture is a really great feature, isn’t it? I can see how this would be useful for a lot of clients, including a few clubs that I know of…
The RSS 2 feed on the right doesn’t seem to be giving me your latest articles. It might be just me, but I thought you might want to check it out.
